Description

With our history as a manufacturer dating back 1961, Clyde Machines is world class provider of metal fabrication services. We operate a large, modern production facility housing a fleet of press brakes, CNC machining centers, laser processing equipment, presses, plate roller, tube bender, cutting and sawing machinery—basically everything and more needed in a productive fabrication shop. Our metal fabrication services involve strategic planning within a lean manufacturing framework—we determine what resources are needed, and then optimize the sequence and flow of operations to create high quality products, meet all production deadlines, and save on overall costs.

Tapping into our expansive metal fabrication capabilities, we manufacture everything from small sheet metal parts to large and complex assembled products. Along with aluminum, stainless steel, and steel alloys, we fabricate high value nickel alloys, structural steel, architectural metals, and heat and temperature resistant grades of sheet, plate, tube, and bar stock. From a value added perspective, we can assist with product design and materials and we offer additional services such as assembly, finishing, and coating, among others.

We have an extensive background as a designer and manufacturer of aircraft ground support equipment and our cargo trailers, tow bars, passenger stairs, baggage carts, etc. can be found in civilian and military airports all over the world. Samplings of other products we manufacture include foodservice equipment, bicycle frames, tooling, architectural panels, heavy plate fabrications, military components and assemblies, and much more. Customer focused, we have the capacity and flexibility to accommodate projects with challenging design and quality requirements.
