At Clyde Machines, our production services include both robotic and freehand welding. As a global manufacturer of aircraft ground support equipment as well as OEM and military products, we have the skills and ability to handle welding projects that require an advanced level of quality and expertise. Our MIG, orbital, and spray welding services are characterized by their quality, accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.
With our two robotic welding stations, we obtain high productivity and high yield on projects that involve repetitive welding tasks. Our experienced welders set up the stations and closely monitor all welding attributes. The robots perform their welding tasks with extreme accuracy, constancy, and speed for an extended time. Parts flow thorough the robotic welding system very quickly, which allows us to offer a speedy turnaround.
We also have a talented and skillful team of AWS certified welding professionals and a fleet of 26 manual welding stations. Our welders handle all aspects of surface preparation, weld configuration, and sequence of operations. Capable of working within very tight tolerances, welders design and build jigs and fixtures to ensure accuracy and consistency and visually inspect all welds for quality.
Our engineers are available to work with customers up-front to optimize designs for welding efficiency and effectiveness. Along with welding, we also offer mechanical assembly for the delivery of finished goods. We process low to high volume orders, and welding can be combined with fabrication, powder coating, or any of our other metalworking services.
